Our gamemaster.com puzzles and challenges vary in difficulty level, but we strive to provide a fun and challenging experience for all players. Don't worry, our staff is always available to provide hints and guidance if needed.

      Escape room refund policies are often strict because the business model relies on reservations and limited 

      space availability.

• Your purchase is non-refundable. Rescheduling can be done 24 hours in advance. To reschedule, you may log into your account if you created one at checkout or you may contact us at (628) 313.6392  or email us at: gamemasterescaperooms@gmail.com.  No cancellations accepted.
•  If you would like to book a room with but pay with different credit cards you will need to call us directly and have us book the room for you.

While some games are private (your group only), others may join your game if all the spots aren’t booked. “Shared” games are most common on the weekend, on holidays, and during our busiest times.

In “shared” experiences, teams get to work together, get extra help, and sometimes come away with longtime friendships (it happens more than you’d think).

We offer private games, like Hotel Transylvania, or the option to upgrade a shared game to a private game with en extra cost of $100 per game + the cost p/p.

We recommend our games for ages 13 and up. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. A paying adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 13 and under. Any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver. Children age 6 and under can come along with you free of charge.

**Important**: please call us before making your reservation so that we can add their spot to your reservation, due to each game having a maximum capacity for players.gamemaster.com is an escape game room experience where players are locked in a room and must solve puzzles, find clues, and work together to escape within a set amount of time.

We have the Largest Capacity Escape in the North Bay, that can hold up to 24 players.

Our 4 different difficulty level games, are perfect for cognitive trainning, Team Building, Family bonding, and entertainment.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your game time for check-in.

Our escape Rooms prices are $38 - $50 P/P, depending on the Game and the age.

• The Simples Escape Room: Fully wheelchair accessible. Some elements may be challenging from a seated position. We recommend having another player assist if needed. Has ADA door.

We ask that no food or drink is taken into the game rooms. 

Yes! Each room includes a designated area for you to store small personal items while you play.
